The aim of exercise physiology interventions is to prevent or manage chronic disease, injury, and assist in restoring optimal physical function, health and wellness. These interventions are exercise-based and include clinical exercise prescription, exercise testing and assessment, health and physical activity education and lifestyle modification advice.

about.Mel is an ESSA accredited exercise physiologist. She has been involved in the fitness industry for over 9 years and brings with her experience a passion for helping people and using exercise to change lives. She lives and breathes exercise.

As a keen athlete herself, Mel has competed at state and national level in cycling and continues to enjoy the local triathlon competition. Mel has personally experienced the power of exercise in rehabilitating from injury, which led to her passion to help others to find their maximum potential despite injury or illness.

Mel is results focused and believes in implementing evidence-based practice to help her clients achieve their goals. She is dedicated to creating exercise interventions which are tailored to the individual and are achievable. Mel believes that all individuals are capable of achieving their goals with the right guidance and motivation regardless of condition, disability, or barrier.
